1) Use of Software

CMZ2 software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We build carefully, but you use the software at your own discretion. "WYSIWYG".

2) Voluntary Contributions

Any contributions made to support development are voluntary. They do not purchase ownership, guarantee features, or create a service contract.

3) Paid Products (If Offered)

CMZ2 paid apps, premium versions, or in-app purchases, those transactions will be handled through the applicable platform (such as Google Play) and subject to their payment terms in addition to these Terms.

4) Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, software, designs, logos, and branding associated with CMZ2 are owned by CMZ2 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMZ2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the services.

6) Changes

These Terms may be updated as projects evolve. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
